This position is responsible for assisting the Director in the day to day operations at a School Account. You will manage and lead a team of employees. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, along with ensuring that the food offered to the students is of superior quality.
Work with the Chef and management team in creating nutritious and top quality food for the students.
Implement new culinary programs in conjunction with the Chartwells marketing and culinary team.
Act as a liaison between Chartwells the school administration, staff, students and the community
AS degree preferred.
One to three years of foodservice management experience preferred.
Contract foodservice experience preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Financial and business acumen.
Excellent communication skills.
